Date: 03 January 2026 | Time: 4:00 PM onwards | Venue: PCU Campus

Important Do's for Graduating Students

Report to the PCU Campus by 2:00 PM for verification and assembly
Carry your student ID or government ID
Register at designated registration counters
Collect convocation dress and stole from allotted counter/room
Be present in formal attire
- Boys – formal shirt & trousers with formal shoes
- Girls – saree/formal Indian/Western wear with formal footwear
Participate in rehearsal, processional lineup, and photographs

Academic Dress, Stole & Degree Certificate

Dress and Stole issued only after registration
Handle Stole with care
Return Stole after the ceremony
Degree certificates issued as per announced instructions

Guidelines for Parents & Guests

Reach the venue on time
Maintain decorum befitting the ceremony
Avoid food, large bags, water bottles inside ceremony hall
Follow seating instructions of ushers
Stand during Academic Procession & National Anthem

Photography & Memories

Official photographers will cover the ceremony
Group photographs taken program-wise
Individual photography as per schedule
Capture memories with friends and faculty after ceremony

Things to Avoid

Large bags or luggage
Edible items inside ceremony hall
Helium balloons, placards, hooters, or celebration sprays
Unauthorized cameras or recording equipment if restricted
